About Reward Points

• Reward points gained from orders do not become available for use until 1 day after your order is delivered to you. This means your reward points remain pending for 1 day once your order is delivered.
• Reward points remain pending in case the order is cancelled or returned. Pending points cannot be used as a payment method.
• Your reward points (= Total Reward Points - Points Spent - Points Pending) can be used like cash to pay for any product purchase.
